From Mainframes to Meta Tags.

A 20-year journey through the belly of the corporate beast, finding freedom in algorithms.

The Corporate Era

For two decades, I was a backend guy. I worked on systems so old they predate the modern internet. My tenure at IBM, CSC, and Arthur Anderson taught me discipline. In banking (Natwest) and telecoms (Vodafone), you don't ship "move fast and break things." You ship "move carefully and break nothing."

The Shift

I left the corporate world because I wanted to build things people actually saw. Systems programming is invisible. SEO is visibly impactful. I started my agency with a simple premise: apply engineering rigor to marketing fuzziness.

The AI Revolution & Aifyx

When LLMs arrived, I didn't see a threat. I saw a database query layer for human knowledge. I experienced the limitations of existing SEO tools—they were data dumps, not solution engines.

So I returned to my roots. I started coding Aifyx to solve the "Zero-Click" problem. I realized that if AI answers the user's question, I want to be the source it cites. Aifyx analyzes content and re-writes it to maximize visibility in ChatGPT, Gemini, and Perplexity.
